Our one-on-one lessons will give you the opportunity to get direct and immediate feedback and coaching in specific areas. We will discuss prior to your lesson what you would like to focus on during your time. Each lesson will consists of drills custom to your needs.

Book multiple lessons and we will be able to conduct video analysis on progress made throughout your lessons. We want you to leave us with the confidence in the new skills you have learned and be able to apply them in your game.

Lessons will be conducted when ice is available and when our schedule permits during the hockey season. Locations will include but not limited to: Lawson Ice Arena and Wings West.

Group lessons will consist of 2-5 players. Bring a sibling, friend, or teammate and improve together. We will discuss areas that each player wants to work on and customize drills to elevate everyones skills. Group sessions allow us to work on game-like situations.
